WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO CLAIM MY BELONGINGS AFTER AN EVENT IS OVER?

All Locked Up stays open one hour after events end. We will attempt to call you on your phone using the number you have provided to us to remind you that your items are still in our possession. If items are not claimed in that time period will will turn them over to the event coordinator, stadium or security with the proper number and/or paper work for you to claim.
ARE ITEMS INSURED BY ALL LOCKED UP WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION?

YES. All Locked Up is fully insured for your belongings for the duration of the event.
IS THERE A COST ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE LOCKERS?

At times there will be a cost involved with using our lockers, hey everyone needs to make money for their time, but in some instances the event producer holding the event will provide our services for free to you.
CAN I CLAIM ITEMS BEFORE AN EVENT ENDS?

YES. Your locker is your to access anytime you like between the open times. after you check-in the locker may be used like you own it.
HOW BIG ARE THE LOCKERS I STORE MY BELONGINGS IN?

Our lockers are 18"x18"x18" anything you can fit in your locker and close securely. Hats, jackets, bags will fit in the locker with no issues.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ALLOWED THROUGH SECURITY?

Each event is different and have their own set of rules to what is allowed. We will try and post items that are allowed in each venue at our locker location on event day, or you can check with the website that is putting on the event.
HOW DO I KNOW ITEM WILL BE SAFE WITH YOU?

All Locked Up staff do not leave the site during any event and you items are locked up by you. We do not allow anyone without a key or form to open lockers and are check by the attendant to make sure that all your possessions are present at pickup.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY ITEMS AFTER EVENT?

All Locked Up stays open one hour after each event, prior to closing. A time will be posted when the lockers will be closing if the there is a special time to close the attendant will let you know. All items left will be delivered to security or event producer with you paperwork, and will need to be arranged to for pickup from that location.
